THE AMERICAN QUARTER HORSE ASSOCIATION
joined the National High School Rodeo Association's awards program many
years ago and continues its strong support in awards to the timed event
and cutting winners at the National High School Finals Rodeo. These AQHA
awards include plaques to each first through fourth place winner in each
go-round, trophy saddles and horn caps to each timed event and cutting
national champion and trophy buckles to each first through fourth place
winner in the timed events and cutting. The AQHA also provides saddles
to the winners of the NHSFR Boy's and Girl's Timed Event Horses of the
Year, selected from state/provincial winners. |

As the
official boot of the NHSRA, ARIAT BOOTS is
the National Queen sponsor as well as providing scholarships and awards
for the boy's and girl’s NHSFR all-around and reserve all-around
champions. In addition to other items, Ariat also awards a pair of Ariat
High Performance Boots to each state/provincial queen and each
state/provincial boys and girl's All-Around champion. Ariat's extensive
NHSFR sponsorship provides the fifth place average scholarships in each
event and first and second go-round scholarships for all event winners.
Also, Ariat is implementing a NHSFR bonus scholarship program which
provides additional scholarship support to the NHSFR All-Around
champions, reserve all-around champions, and event champions who are
wearing Ariat boots when competing at nationals. Furthermore, Ariat is
providing custom back numbers for state/province qualifying rodeos,
state/provincial finals rodeos, and at the NHSFR. Exciting new features
of the Ariat sponsorship program are their Mentor Program which gives
each NHSFR All-Around champion an all expense paid clinic with the Ariat
Pro Team member of their choice, the Ariat Heroes Program initiated to
bring attention to persons/animals who have made a difference in NHSRA
member's lives, and the Ariat internship program which will select one
NHSRA member to spend a week at the Ariat Corporate headquarters near
San Francisco.

THE UNITED STATES TEAM ROPING CHAMPIONSHIPS
(USTRC) recently joined the NHSRA as a national sponsor. As part of its
unique and exciting sponsorship program, the USTRC is providing regional
Shoot-Out spots to NHSRA members, who are also current USTRC members and
finish in the top four in the team roping for the year in each NHSRA
state and provincial association. In addition, the USTRC will be
awarding two national Shoot Out spots to the NHSRA national champion
team ropers. The NHSRA will be receiving valuable advertising support
monthly in the Super Looper Magazine, the official publication of the
USTRC. The USTRC will be providing the NHSRA with valuable resources to

WRANGLER SHIRTS and JEANS is the Presenting

their sponsorship of high school rodeo the largest and most extensive
ever of any youth rodeo organization. In addition, Wrangler has
implemented the first ever Wrangler High School All-Star Rodeo team
consisting of NHSRA members from across North America who have
distinguished themselves in the arena and in the classroom. These NHSRA
members will be ambassadors for Wrangler and will be given official
